Pumpkin Patch 2009

We tried out a new pumpkin patch this year that had lots of exciting things for the kids to do.

Here is Tyler on the caterpillar train. I was nervous that he would try to climb out while they were going, but they have a spotter for just that reason. He did great though and waved the whole time.

The first thing he saw when we got to the farm was the train ride that goes to the pumpkin patch. That was all he could think about until we finally got on. The ride was definitely not long enough for him and he probably would have been happy if we stayed on it five times around.
We walked through the field of pumpkins trying to find the PERFECT pumpkin. To Tyler that meant one that had no dirt. Every time we found a great pumpkin and showed it to him, his response was "that one is ucky!" Sadly we left without a pumpkin.
Cute new boots to commemorate the occasion. A little too big for him but he loved them none the less.
