Just two years ago today, Tyler was brought into this world. We could have never been more lucky or grateful. He's a wonderful little man that amazes us every day. Who knew you could love someone so much.
We decided to spend the afternoon on the Oregon Coast. Tyler has such a great time in Hawaii, we knew he would enjoy our beaches too.
We spent about an hour off and on in the water. Morgan and I couldn't get over how cold the water was. We braved it though to so he could have his fun.
We got Tyler his first bike for his birthday. After much debate, we decided on the Strider bike. There is a rep that lives fairly close to us so she met us at the park for a test ride before we spent our hard earned money. Tyler loved it so much be wouldn't get off.
We bought him a blue bike and took it to the beach with us so he could practice. I'm excited to watch him progress. He seems to be getting more comfortable with it already and we have owned it for about 12 hours. Here are some pictures of him riding on the beach.

If you ask Tyler how old he is, his response is "just two." Does he want to be three already?

Happy Birthday Tyler and good choice on a bike. Rhett has just graduated from his cruiser bike to a 2 wheel peddle bike. Tyler will learn how to balance quickly on that bike.
Very cute! He looks so old on his new bike. And saying "just two" is better than Lillian, who doesn't know yet that she can update her age from being "almost two."
